Day 1. I couldn't do it, due to my husband's "health" I had to go to the emergency hall because wine and champagne are not a good combination for him !!!! well, now that 2011 is going on, and he's on a very restrictive diet, I'll catch up my running routine.
Day 2. Oh yeah!!!! I did it !!! after a month of no excersise at all, I didn't run, but I walked as fast as I could for 1 1/2 hour in the beach. That was a good thing to do, today it easn't so hot, there was a nice breeze and I'm just waiting for tomorrow to do it faster, my knee behaved ok, so I think it'll be ok to do some running.
congratulations! starting is the most difficult part for me.
