Day 3 and still on the run, today it was in the gym. I did an hour and a half of body combat, a hard box training, I find really exciting and fun, by the way if you can you should try it. It's grat cardio workout and ends with abs and crunches, nothing's left for tomorrow. That's it for today, I'll catch up with the run tomorrow
